F.H.I.F.H.O.
Full hands in, Full hands out (FHIFHO) is a program created and ran by Hospitality Included to provide opportunities for young black adults interested in joining the hospitality industry of Detroit. FHIFHO provides entry level training to reduce the learning curve for first time hospitality workers and places those who complete the training into some of the best restaurants Detroit has to offer. The goal of FHIFHO is to diversify the Detroit restaurant scene by creating a hospitality industry that reflects the community and upon doing so, creates more black hospitality professionals and owners in the future.
